We aim to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

• Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear.

• Measurements and minor details may vary slightly between items.

• For limited drops, availability may change quickly.

We reserve the right to update product information at any time without notice.

4) Pricing and currency

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

• Prices may change at any time without notice.

• Where applicable, taxes and delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5) Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is considered accepted when:

• We send an order confirmation, and

• We confirm the order has been processed/fulfilled (or dispatched).

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect:

• Fraud or unauthorised payment activity

• Incorrect pricing or stock errors

• Abuse of promotions/discounts

• Repeated or unusual return behaviour

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

6) Payments

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

If your payment is declined, we will not process the order.

7) Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier/network disruption

• Weather, customs processing, or local restrictions

• Incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay for reshipping.

Risk and title: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

8) Customs and international duties (if applicable)

If your order is delivered internationally, it may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.

9) Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

We may refuse refunds/returns if items are returned in unacceptable condition (for example: worn, washed, stained, damaged, missing tags, heavy odour, or signs of use beyond normal trying-on).

10) Discount codes and promotions

• Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed unless we choose to honour it.

• Codes may be limited by time, product category, or minimum spend.

• We may cancel orders that misuse codes or exploit pricing errors.

11) Account and site use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details secure. We are not liable for unauthorised use of your account if you did not protect your credentials.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to harm the site (hacking, scraping, malware, etc.)

• Misuse reviews, forms, or communication channels

All content on this site (logos, images, designs, text, product names) is owned by or licensed to K3D Couture and is protected by intellectual property laws.

13) Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of business, etc.) arising from use of the site or products.

• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for fraud or certain consumer rights).

14) Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, comments, or photos:

• You confirm the content is truthful and not misleading

• You grant us permission to use it (with or without editing for length/clarity) for marketing and website purposes

• You agree not to post abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content

We may remove content at our discretion.
